Micro-flow pump is a kind of precision fluid instrument which is widely used in pretroleum,chemistry, provision and other domains of scientific and research. Currently, there are two kinds ofmicro-flow pump. One is peristaltic micropump, and the other is constant flow pump. Peristalticmicropump can only endure hundreds of pascal or hundreds of kilopascal pressure just because of itsdriving characteristic. So it cannot achieve the high pressure requirement of many experiments.Therefore, in order to achieve the high pressure and micro-flow output, adopting the plunger type ofconstant flow pump is practical. And the related overseas products are very expensive. It is necessaryto develop a set of proprietary intellectual property rights of the high pressure and micro-flow pumpwhich has very important significance and broad market propects. The control system of the constantflow pump is designed in the thesis. The transmission mechanism is modified. The hardware andsoftware of the control system are designed and implemented.Firstly, the principle and dynamic characteristics of the constant-flux pump are analyzed in thispaper. The reasonable pitch curves of non-circular gears to complete the design of transmissionmechanism is modified. The hardware platform which is based on STM32F103VCT6is designed andestablished, including the stepper motor control module, the sampling modue of pressure signal, thehuman-computer interaction interface, communication module and power supply module. Lastly, thesoftware which is based on μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time embedded operating system and μC/GUI graphicssoftware is introduced and implemented.By series of practical tests, the control system can smoothly control the operating of the steppermotor and implemnted the A/D function effectively, which achieves the expected targets. |
