Study On The Historic Buildings Renovation Of The Commercial Function In The Urban Renewal Process

Urban development and urban renewal are inextricably linked, and urbanrenewal is often accompanied by the transformation and reconstruction of oldbuildings.70years after the beginning of the20th century, the commercial function ofthe transformation of historic buildings in practice began to appear in a great numberof Western countries. In the continuation of the urban context and texture, protectionand use of old buildings at the same time, it eases the problem of business functioninsufficient in historic district.
