According to rock and soil foundation and based on civil air defenceunderground engineering of Donghai road in Qingdao, this paper analysises ontechnological principle of the top-down method,geological characteristics of rock andsoil foundation, the differentes of the top-down method applied on rock and soilfoundation and soft soil foundation,geo-mechanics parameters of rock and soilfoundation,different conditiones on slope stability with Local-inverse method. Andextensive knowledge of technological principle of the top-down method anddeformation features of soil and retaining pils in foundation pit construction is got.This paper puts forward construction technology for the top-down method andLocal-inverse method on rock and soil foundation.Frist,the paper introduces construction technology of traditional top-downmethod from principle,classification, construction process and applicability. Based oncivil air defence underground engineering of Donghai road in Qingdao it analysisesgeological characteristics of rock and soil foundation and comparative analysis totop-down method on rock and soil foundation and soft soil foundation. That studiesfour parts of support technology, pile-forming,excavation technics and wallconstruction.Second, it analysises geological characteristics of soil and determinesgeo-mechanics parameters of slope stability study. The geo-mechanics parameterscome from projects which have geological characteristics of rock and soil foundationin Qingdao. According to these parameters, finite element analysis can determine thegeo-mechanics parameters to study.Third, it analysises different conditiones on slope stability with Local-inversemethod. There are two varibles which are experience slope and cantilever height ofretaining pil. Using finite element a Pile-Soil Interaction model is established toanalysis deformation features of slope and retaining pils. The result datas comparewith original internal force calculation formula of foundation supporting structure andprove the feasibility of this project. It qualitative analysises Local-inverse method and introduces construction process and stress charateristics.At last, according to finite element analysis result of Pile-Soil Interaction modeland proposed construction process and civil air defence underground engineering ofDonghai road in Qingdao, it puts forward construction process of the Local-inversemethod on rock and soil foundation.
