In recent years, power supply technique has made many achievements and great progressnot only in theory research but also in production application.The switch power supplyresearch involves power electronics and automatic control. The soft-switching technique andthe high efficiency are important research direction of power supply.Therefore, PFC techniqueand soft switch PWM technique as a mature technology are both widely applied in low-powerand even in high power switch power supply in recent years.A high performance switch power supply with PFC and soft-switching techniques isdesigned in this paper.It consists of forward and backward stage,of which the forward is asingle-phase ZVT-Boost Power Factor Correction circuit, and the backward stage main circuitis a Half-bridge LLC resonant converter.First of all,the paper introduced the development of switch power supply and it involvedtechnology field, subsequently narrated many methods of advance of switching powersupply.And then the paper introduced the design course of the whole system.In the paper, thework principle of ZVT-Boost APFC is analyzed in detail, the main parameters of the circuitand the control circuit are designed, and then by using Saber simulation software modeling,simulating analysis of PFC circuit is done in detail. Introduced the characteristics of the halfbridge resonance converter, specific analysis operational principle of the Half-bridge LLCresonance, and the corresponding parameters and the control circuit are designed, and thenthrough the simulation carry on the detailed analysis. Finally, a24V/200W of experimentalprototype is designed in this paper, and the related experimental waveforms are given, throughthe analysis of experimental results to get the power factor of power greater than0.95, theefficiency is more than90%, basically achieve design index.
