| The rapid development of the domestic economy in recent years has brought the hotel industry’s booming, especially the rapid rise of the Inn serving primarily to the SME business people and self-help tourists. As the thesis research area-Xi’an is not only one of the four world-famous ancient cities, but also the leading city of the Northwest’s economic development, so the number of business people receive a large number and tourist crowds also have a sharp increase, fast hotel is the first choice for mid-range consumer groups. So it has good momentum of development, while its performance more representative.The fasthotel industry started late in our country,so there has been no specific architectural design standards, and its large-scale rapid expansion will inevitably bring about a certain problem. The purpose of this study on the basis of investigation is summarize the status of the problem in Xi’an Inn and to explore the comfort of its improvements, making the space design of the Inn can be more market focused and differences, while making space design and characteristic aspects can significantly improve.This paper make the Jianguomen shop of Xi’an Home Inn,the Jianguomen shop of Jinjiang Inn chain hotel,Li Jiacun stores ofseven days hotel and Ibis fasthotel in Xi’an as research objects,using research methods such as field research, questionnaire and literature collection on the market positioning, the size, market operation, the main features of user’s in Xi’an fasthotel,and the investigated of the form of organization in the Inn building constitutes and design of the flow line. Draw the main problems in Xi’an Inn is reflected in the principles of market positioning inaccuracy, lack of overall art design, the lack of detail design and differentiation, and a corresponding improvement measures to address these issues, and then proposed to the Inn space design and methods, and hotel development trend outlook. |
