Fastener steel style high-false work support system is commonly used in theconstruction because of the advantages of easy accessibility,flexible erection,highbearing capacity,relative economic and so on. However,due to the lack of knowledgeof the system, especially lacking comprehensive understanding of the forceperformance,which would cause the collapses of false work frequently. Fastener steelstyle High false work support system is viewed as the research target in the paper,someproblems are studied and discussed,including the bearing load,various imperfections,semi-rigid character of right angle coupler and stress performance of high-false worksupport system in the process of construction.Under the background of Safety Technical code of steel tubular scaffold with couplersin construction(JGJ130-2011),the load during the construction is introduced in detailand value of each load is analyzed. A more detailed study is done of wind load coefficientvalues,as well as the impact of wind loads on high-false work support system.Referred to the classification of imperfection,various types of imperfection ofhigh-false work support system is described thoroughly,and the concept of generalizedinitial imperfection is concluded. By reference to the considering ways of traditionalsteel structure system,imaginary horizontal force method is adopted to analyzegeneralized initial imperfection of high-false work support system,the range ofimaginary horizontal force through full-scale test is obtained.On the basis of the node test of right angle coupler,and under the background ofright angle coupler research, Matlab software is employed to do regression analysis by linear model,quadratic polynomial model and the logarithmic model of two parameters.The most reasonable model to study right angle coupler is finally determined by thecomparison with calculation by finite element. The reference value is given of rotationalstiffness of right angle coupler when tightening torque according with regulatoryrequirements.A high-false work support system is viewed as the analysis case,drawing up theconstruction and monitoring programs and measuring stress of the pole during theperiod of concrete pouring and conservation. The stress curves of each rod during theconstruction process are contrasted,researching the variation of stress of rods. Theresult verifies that the test program is rational by finite element analysis and the testresults are very similar to calculation results. Such test would provide a reliablereference data for designing similar projects in the future.
