| The structure system of raw soil composite wall was the form of improvedmulti-ribbed composite wall structure that is discussed in the earlier studies of ourresearch group. Raw soil blocks are used to substitute the filling blocks, which has thecharacteristics of green environmental protection, energy conservation, economic andapplicable properties. Therefore, it has a broad application prospect in the urban andrural construction in our country. As a new kind of building structure system, it was ofgreat importance to do research on its building technology and construction process. Forthis purpose, on the basis of analysis and conclusions on traditional raw soilconstruction technology and method, corresponding improvement measures were putforward. Grey relational analysis method is employed in the analysis of bearingperformance of raw soil composite walls. Compare with former test results and analyzethe influencing factors and rules of bearing performance capacity. In the case analysis,key construction technology was summarized systematically, which provides referenceto raw soil composite wall construction. The main work and conclusions are asfollowing:(1)Combining with the preliminary test and the construction technology of raw soil composite wall structure, The design, the construction technology, the installationand connection construction of raw soil composite wall structure filled with rammedearth were studied. The method of installation and connection of the wall was proposed.(2)Based on the grey system theory, correlation analysis method of gray wasadopted to compare and analyze test data of the standard raw soil composite walls. Thefactors include hole form, fundamental frame forms, height-width ratio and united limbraw soil composite wall. In order to provide references for choosing the wall structuraldesign method, the numerical values about the bearing capacity, displacement,equivalent viscous damping coefficient in different stages were calculated to obtain theinfluence law of bearing properties of raw soil composite wall in different conditions.(3)Taking an engineering practice of Ningqiang County in Shaanxi province asthe background, the key techniques of foundation engineering, major structureengineering and decoration engineering were analyzed. The reasonable constructionmethod and process were determined. The construction technology of raw soilcomposite wall was put forward by the analysis of specific examples, which wassuitable for rural buildings in China. The theoretical support was provided for compilingthe specification for construction and acceptance of raw soil buildings in town andvillages, and it has certain practical significance for the engineering practices. |
