Along with the further development of China’s aerospace and aviation, the scope ofapplication of solid lubrication bearing will expand rapidly. Our country and abroadhave done a lot of research on the failure mode, mechanism and failure model of solidlubricating bearings. However, the research of accuracy failure of solid lubricatingbearings is seldom. Therefore, it is important that analysis of contact mechanicsperformance of solid lubrication films, discussion of stress distribution of lubricationfilm surface and its relationship between the stress and peeling or transfer of film, andanalysis of failure of solid lubrication bearing from the aspect of accuracy failure.The main content of this paper includes the following three aspects:Firstly, this paper simplified contact problems of solid lubricated rolling bearingbased on the spiral orbit tribometer and correlation analysis, and established the elasticcontact model between the ball and the raceway. And then analyzed the model by usingthe finite element method, discussed the influence of contact loads, friction coefficient,speed and film thickness on the distribution of contact stress field, and discussed therelationship between the stress distribution and the film surface crack growth. Analysisshowed that it is beneficial to improve the stress distribution of film surface to remainthe coefficient of friction at the lower level.Secondly, established the rectangular elastic plastic contact model of rough surface,analyzed the impact of material properties of lubricating film on contact area andcontact pressure, and discussed the relationship between the number of asperities andsurface stress distribution. Analysis showed that the material properties and surfaceprofile of lubricant film had a big impact on contact area and contact stress, and theresults had reference value for the study of lubrication film with surface active design.Finally, analyzed the error, including the coating error of solid lubrication bearingand the errors which were produced after the lubricating film peeling and transfer, willcause the error of bearing rotary. Established the evaluation model of bearing’s rotaryerror, and a preliminary experimental verification and analysis were carried. The resultsshowed that there was bearing coating error, and it would reflect to the rotary precisionof bearing and cause rotation error.It may lead to the accuracy failure of bearing, whenthe error is serious.In this paper, the research conclusion has guiding significance and reference value for further study the peeling and transfer of solid lubrication film and analysis offailure of solid lubrication bearing from the aspect of accuracy failure.
