The Design Research About Transportation Of Underground Space Of Urban Commercial Complex

Urban commercial complex is the inevitable result of social needs and economicdevelopment. The many different functions such as commerce, work, hotel, restaurant,meeting, exhibition and entertainment facilities were being unified and synthesized bythe urban commercial complex.With the rapid development of our country’s economy and society and the rapidgrowth of the urban population, modern city appears the contradictions betweenpopulation, resources and environment，the ground space cannot satisfy the needs ofthe urban development. The practice proves that development and utility ofunderground space for the urban commercial complex is feasible, can help alleviate theinsufficiencies of the ground space and city traffic pressure, expand building spacecapacity and enhance the environment quality in cities, perfect the urbancomprehensive functions. But the underground environment of the urban commercialcomplex has the characteristics of closure，lacks of necessary contact with groundbuildings and urban space,easy to cause the underground space of the traffic blindness,if there is no reasonable transportation planning, it will cause the great economic lossand casualties.This article aims to explore underground space transportation design of urbancommercial complex, it first summaries the problems existing in the transportationdesign in the underground space of urban commercial complex,analyzes the variousfactors which restrict the traffic design, through the analysis and borrowing of sometypical cases and reference, this paper presents project and the strategies, then throughthe study of the project,emonstrates the rationality of the strategy，in hopes ofproviding the beneficial reference for the similar transport organization in undergroundspace of urban commercial complex. This paper discusses through the followingaspects.The first part is the introduction，namely the first chapter. It discusses theselection background of the paper, the research object，the purposes and methods，summaries and analyzes the research status in underground space of urban commercialcomplex of domestic and international.The second is the theory research, study the transportation design in the cityunderground space of urban commercial complex,that is, chapter2, summarize the facing problems of the transportation development in underground space of urbancommercial complex, it presents project and the strategies directed against the design,according to the studies and reference of the theory and case.The third part is the project practice, including project survey and analysis of thedifficulties, the planning of traffic streamline and design, safety evacuation and fireprevention design, namely3,4, and5three chapters. chapter3discusses the projectprofile, analyzes difficulties of the design process； Chapter4discusses trafficstreamline planning and design, from the functional arrangement, pedestrian streamline,streamline garage three aspects of project in the paper；Chapter5discusses safeevacuation and fire prevention, analyzes the relationship between fire zoning，trafficstreamline and safety evacuation, designs evacuation entrances， evacuationpassageway and evacuation width and discusses the application prospect of theperformance-based fire-protection design.The fourth part is the conclusion and prospect, namely in chapter6. It summariesof the part of the first few argument, thinks that reasonable urban commercial complexunderground transportation at least needs to be analyzed and designed from trafficstreamline planning and fire evacuation.
