In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s Civil Aviation, communication business has greatly increased. The ATM (Air Traffic Management)system has approximated its maximum communication capacity. In addition, as theCommercial operation of aviation broadband mobile communication around the world, soon will China. And then the wireless frequency resources become more precious. Theexclusive spectrum allocation mode has not fully used the frequency, resulting in thetension of the spectrum resources. Therefore the study of spectrum sharing strategy, which is suitable for aviation communication network, is of prime important. The aviation mobile communication network of the future is a integrated system ofair and land communication system, which is the combination of satellite-based network, the land-based network and the space-based network. Aircraft can completecommunication based on the land-based network or satellite network. And also throughthe organization aviation AD hoc network and the land-based network, realize datatransmission with a lower cost and faster rate. Aviation AD hoc network is formed bythe backbone links, which are formed by aircrafts with close speeds or same directions, and some free aircraft nodes. The backbone links are stable, and have the spectrumusing priority, while the free aircraft nodes need through the backbone links to completecommunication demand. And the spectrum sharing problems discussed in this paper iswithin this scope.Cognitive radio based spectrum allocation is the hot spot of current spectrumsharing theory researches. Considering the characteristics of aviation AD hoc network, introducing the theory of Game Theory into CR technology, this paper proposes arepeated game based spectrum sharing strategy.Referring to the model of repeated gametheory for spectrum sharing and taking into account of on airline AD hoc network ofspectrum allocation problem, in this paper, first use a single-time game to model thespectrum competition problems in one time slot and then analyze the Nash equilibriumstrategy of the single-time game. As the spectrum competition will last for a long periodand repeat in every time slot, use a repeated game model to discuss the spectrumsharing problems. In the repeated game model, there put forward spectrum allocationstrategy based on Maximum Total Throughput Criterion and Proportional FairnessCriterion. To avoid the users’ cheat action, some cheat-proof methods is discussed to restrain their behaviors in order to share the spectrum in a cooperative way based on thecheat-proof mechanism. The simulation results show that the method proposed canreduce mutual interference and the cheat-proof method can reduce the interferencebetween users, improve the spectrum of utilization, and can keep players in cooperationefficiently.
