Enter twenty-first Century, our country and even the world energy situation moreand more serious, the energy crisis, the various countries and regions such as the newscame from time to time. In non-renewable energy is reduced, energy saving is imminent.And in all types of energy consumption, building energy consumption accounted for alarge proportion, especially in our country, the building energy consumption accountedfor about30%of the terminal energy consumption energy.At present, our country is building the stock of about40000000000square meters,which builds the energy-saving building is180000000square meters. The national"eleven five" plan has been clearly put forward the unit energy consumption reduces thegoal of20%, in which the construction of energy-efficient building total area of morethan2160000000square meters, and the energy saving resonstruct of the existingbuilding will reach554000000square meters, so the existing building must become thekey research object of building energy saving.This article strives to new design ideas and methods to solve the existing dwellingsin Chongqing energy saving design in practical problems, through the Chinese andforeign related reform case studies and large project data collection, on the basis ofsummarizing their experience, find out a suitable for Chongqing District Economic andeffective way of existing residential energy saving design, to meet the living the livingenvironment of the premise of comfort, with less investment to obtain greater energyefficiency, so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy, improving energy efficiency.The article is divided into five main sections:One, preface: introduces the background and significance of the project, the maindesign content, design principle and the transformation of key parts of the design.Two, domestic and foreign existing building energy saving renovation experience:analysis of the developed countries, energy saving situation and successful reformexperience, at the same time listed the domestic other city has been carried out energysaving case.Three, the present comprehensive survey: comprehensively introduces projectgeneral situation and its development present situation, the problems from severalaspects of the detailed research and evaluation, and the residents will conduct acomprehensive survey of.
