Green building refers to a structure using process that is environmentally responsible and resource-efficient(energy saving,land saving,water conservation,materials saving)throughout a building’s life-cycle.Green building is as well in harmony with nature as providing people with applicable efficient and healthy space.Water supply and drainage system is an important part of green architecture,which shall be designed according to local climate,water resources features,local economic development,conditions of water supply and drainage network,water use habits of residents and special planning of regional water projects,etc.Based on the design of green building water supply and drainage system of a high-rise office building in Guangzhou and the Green Building Evaluation Standard of Guangdong Province’,this thesis conducts a research on water-saving and energy-saving technology and practical measures in green building water supply and drainage system.It also analyzes the feasibility of applying those measures on a high-rise green office building.Water-saving measures for green building are discussed in this essay,such as controlling the overpressure discharge,dual water supply and drainage,reclaimed water reuse,rainwater utilization,adopting water-saving equipment,reducing pipeline leakage,reducing the amount of invalid cold water in the hot water system,adopting scientific water-saving irrigation methods,etc.While in green building,the major energy-saving measures are also analyzed,such as providing water by sectional supply and differential pressure,adopting variable frequency pump to reduce energy consumption,using solar-energy heating system to provide construction internal heat,applying water-saving appliances to save water and energy.In the project of high-rise green office building,in addition to reclaimed water reuse and reducing the amount of invalid cold water in hot water system,other measures are applied in different levels.In terms of energy saving in this project,the measures are considered,such as the municipal pipe network pressure,providing water by sectional supply and differential pressure,using the variable frequency pump and water-saving appliances to reduce energy consumption.Solar equipment is not used in this project,for there is no hot water system in it.The thesis also analyzes the compliance of water saving and water resources utilization of this project,which refers to the planning and design requirements of the No.1 star of ’The Green Building Evaluation Standard’ in green building,and the No 1 star A level of ’The Green Building Evaluation Standard of Guangdong Province’ in green building,comprehensively considers the relations among energy saving,land saving,water conservation,material saving,environment protection and meeting service function within buildings’ life cycle.By adopting integrated optimizing design,suitable application technology and operation management,the current preliminary design of this project completely meets the standard of No.1 level and No 1 star A level of provincial standard in green building.Relying on the green building water supply and drainage system design of a high-rise office building in Guangzhou,This thesis analyses and gives consideration on water-saving and energy-saving technical measures of green building water supply and drainage system,thus it provides design experience and parameters for green building water supply and drainage design,and reference for other engineering design personnel.It devotes to making efforts to improve the green building water supply and drainage engineering design.
