The working environment of the geotechnical anchoring engineering is extremelycomplex, and as a hidden strong engineering,Its service during the environmental impactcaused by the anchor property change research is particularly important. The traditionalsteel bolt corrosion environment due to the economic and safety aspects of the loss of thelarger, then put forward to replace steel fiber reinforced (FRP) as rod concept. FRP is ahigh performance, high strength, corrosion resistant new materials, especially the carbonfiber bar (CFRP) in strength and corrosion resistance are superior to the other fiberreinforcement.In the material aspects of CFRP band has greater corrosion resistance, butdoes not mean that the CFRP reinforcement as rod pressure type anchor does not existproblem of durability. In the practical engineering use is of great practical value that thedurability problem of pressure-type CFRP anchor aslo research on long-term investment.This article through the indoor experiment simulation environment of acid, alkali, saltand freeze thaw cycles and finite element numerical simulation, separately on the CFRPanchor in special environment, the performance of CFRP epoxy mortar anchor and mutualcontact interface bonding properties changes affect the CFRP anchor durability problem isstudied, in particular the work and achievements are as follows:(1) The test with high temperature and high concentration method, the use of acid(H2SO4),(NaOH), salt (NaCl) of three different corrosive media immersion CFRPanchor and epoxy mortar block. Regular anchor and epoxy mortar block for physicalproperties of observation and tensile test, compression test to study the changes ofmechanical properties. Freeze thaw cycle test according to GBJ82-85"long-termperformance and durability of ordinary concrete test method" in quick freezing method,the CFRP anchor and epoxy mortar block are respectively25,50,75,100cycles offreezing and thawing. Similarly to the anchor, epoxy mortar in the cycle of freezing andthawing effect upon the physical properties and mechanical properties of experimentalstudy.(2) Based on the durability test data of special environment of CFRP anchor, usingthe finite element simulation of ANSYS, the anchorage section internal bond performanceanalysis; and greatly added to test condition limitation, considering different anchoringlength, different reinforcement diameter under the condition of CFRP anchor bondperformance changes;(3) The CFRP anchor durability research practical application to the pressure typeCFRP bolt, the bolt pressure type CFRP undertook further analysis of numericalsimulation, and the predecessor to the pressure type CFRP anchor test research forcomparative analysis;(4) According to the above tests and numerical analysis, put forward a kind to thestructural durability, reliability theory based anchor durability design method, using aspecial environment subentry coefficient (factor of safety) reflect the bolt reliabilityindex; The above research and analysis for the actual in the special circumstances of thepressure type CFRP anchor performance analysis, design theory and engineeringapplication and provide a theoretical basis, but also for related durability of the norms andthe establishment of perfect provide reference.
