To balance the production load conditions of the suppliers in the cluster by distributing theorders reasonably, and then realize the manufacturing resources optimization allocation in theindustry cluster, the realization of the sharing of the production load information between theenterprises in a cluster is absolutely necessary. At present, however, the researches on theproduction load condition are mainly confined to the manufacturing resources internal theenterprise, they not only avoid the problem of the information capture to load condition during themanufacturing processes, but also have not formed the proper and easy to get parameters on itscharacterization from the point of resource capacity, order task, product technology and theenterprise management level, etc. It greatly limits the in-depth research of manufacturing resourceallocation and scheduling within a cluster.According to the information requirement of the vendor production load status during theorder allocation process, the way of using the production load rate to characterize the productionload conditions in the orders period. After the analysis of the characteristics and influence factors tothe production load status, a production load rate calculation model was set up and the content ofthe production load rate information and its origin were also obtained. Considering the productionload rate information possesses the characteristics of big quantity, wide distribution, variety anddynamic changes.etc and the problem of part of the supplier’s production load rate informationunder the order distribution environment can’t be directly accessed, firstly, by building theproduction load rate ontology model, the domain knowledge base was formed and the extraction ofthe theme information of vendor’s production load rate based on the domain ontology was realizedthrough the major steps of the original information retrieval and information extraction; and thenthe data mining technology was introduced, after the not sure production load was forecasted onthe biggest information entropy theory and the supplier production capacity overall efficiencyfactors was assessed on the rough set theory, the part of the potential and can not be directlycaptured vendor production load rate information was excavated out from the captured suppliers’information resources; In the end, on the basic of analyzing the information acquisition module, theconstruction principle of the multi-suppliers production load rate information obtaining platformfacing the order distribution was discussed and the availability of the information acquisitiontechnology and method was verified combining the actual case application..
