With the development of the design level and construction technology, project scale is more and more large. In construction, it not only needs a lot of manpower, mechanics,materials and so on, but also has a long construction period and affect by natural factor. The inappropriate of the construction planning will cause shutdown, waiting for resources .Also it may influence construction progress and cause resources to be wasted, increasing capital input.So the study of optimization of construction schedule will offer good technology instruction and bring better economic benefits.Current researchs are focused on the single objective optimization under certain conditions, such as construction period, resources, cost.However, each procedure duration is uncertain because of the impact of external factors. Also the single objective optimization can not meet the requirements.In view of this,the paper studies the resource constraint problem by using fuzzy mathematics theory and multi-objective evolutionary algorithm:(1) According to the uncertainty of activity duration, by introducing the theory of fuzzy mathematics, Fuzzy processing time is denoted by six-point fuzzy numbers. We compared the fuzzy numbers with centroid distance method. Based on the objective to maximize the clients’satisfaction degree and the reliability of the optimization result,the mathematical model for fuzzy resource-constrained project scheduling is established . By use of the evolutionary algorithm, the optimization of project progress under the limited resource was studied,we get better search results.(2) The thesis proposes a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm called the fast elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm to solve the fuzzy resource constraint problem.The solution is represented by a precedence feasible activity list. We compute the fitness with dominance hierarchy and crowding distance. It is indicated by the design example that the method can obtain multiple solutions.The project managers according to their own need to choose different scheme. (3) On the basis of the above research, Excel software is used in the develop platform and the intelligent optimination software system is programmed with VBA. The software can not only generate a variety of charts with simple operation ,but also provide convenience for project leader to supervise and manage the project.
