The load wheel as a tracked vehicle components, play an important role of incarrying、supporting the body, and ensure that the body rolling on the crawler. Themovement of vehicle is as a result of force effect made by the ground and the wheels, so it isof great significance to measure the wheel force in multi- direction for researching andestimating the dynamic performance of the vehicle and road profile collecting. However, dueto the wheel in a rotating movement, the measured signal with the strong coupling andnonlinear time-varying, it is difficult to measurements taken during rotation to face the forcesof the wheels. Therefore, the wheel multi-dimensional force measurement technique has beenone of the issues. many scholars at home and abroad to study.In order to measure the load wheel in driving conditions under dynamic load of eachdimension ( Such as the lateral force, vertical force, longitudinal force, torque, etc.),Sensorsstrain gauge measuring point selection directly influences the precision and sensitivity ofsensor, Multi-dimensional force corresponding to variable sheet coupling effect and straingauge bridge, therefore, measuring point selection is the key of accelerometer. Therefore, theselection of measurement points is the key to the design of the sensor.Dynamic load identification techniques can indirectly measure the dynamic load in caseof the dynamic response of the structure and the structure of the dynamic characteristics ofreverse dynamic load. BP neural network has been widely used as a dynamic loadidentification method in the load identification, signal processing and other fields, It has agood adaptability of the network structure, fast convergence, and can efficiently handle dataand other features. This paper first describes the research status of this subject at home and abroad, to clearthe selection of measurement points is the key to the road wheel force measurement sensor.The basic idea is introduced in detail is described combined with the structural characteristicsof the load wheel and the driving environment using the finite element analysis software.Focus on the six dimensional force sensor elastic body of cloth, bridge, identified a roadwheel force measurement method. Finally Six-dimensional force sensor calibration test andcalibration results are processed. Static decoupling analysis of dynamic load identificationtechnology based on neural networks applied to the sensor. Reduced the impact of the sensormulti-channel output signal coupling on the measurement accuracy greatly, and verify thecorrectness and effectiveness of the method.
