With the rapid development of automobile industry, multi-axial vehicle ownership continues to increase, the multi-axial vehicle high accident rate of the brake performance has become the main performance index of multi-axial vehicle detection, accurate test multi-axial vehicle braking performance also carry out higher requirements. Anti-force rolling brake tester is the traditional detection device of a multi-axial vehicle braking performance, due to the placement of the tyre on the roller brake angle, the quarantine axis and the other axis not in the same horizontal plane, causing waiting for inspection shaft axle load and the normal running of the vehicle axle load is not consistent, so traditional testing equipment of multi-axial vehicle braking performance detection exist great error. According to the current situation of multi-axial vehicle braking performance detection, this paper carries out the research on the automatic adjustment system of the vehicle wheel weight in the dynamic testing of the reverse force roller system. Firstly, the theoretical model of multi-axial vehicle braking force detection, analysis of the motor vehicle braking principle and evaluation index; in the analysis of the wheel ground adhesion, ground braking force and braking force relationship based on established automobile braking force mechanics analysis model; based on the structure and working principle of brake axle load of composite test bed, with a four axle vehicle as an example, the establishment of multi axis axle load distribution model. Based on the analysis of the contact relationship between the tire and the roller, the mechanical analysis model of the braking force in the steady state and unsteady state was established, and the dynamic change trend was analyzed. Secondly, the software design of axle load self-regulating braking axle load of composite inspection station. When the multi-axial vehicle detection shaft in the axle load brake composite test bench testing, the near axis stop on the lifting device, according to the value of multi axis axle load distribution model of axle load theory, adjust the lifting device height, real simulation of multi-axial vehicle on a level road brake testing. Finally, based on ADAMS software, for the device were simulation of braking force detection of axle load adjustment, and the real vehicle testing. The simulation results and the experimental results verify the correctness of the proposed wheel load automatic adjusting device and method.
