At present, in the oilfield energy production control system in oil wells, AC adjustablespeed electric transmission for electrical variable speed drive has risen dominant. By dcmotivation the dominant situation have been violent shocks, AC adjustable speed electrictransmission in the near future will completely replace the dc speed control electrictransmission. In the medium and small capacity range, generally uses the shutoff device ofdigital control PWM inverter. This thesis explains common three-phase asynchronousmotor with frequency converter design in a general, according to the characteristics ofmotor drive system, the design of main circuit and the inverter driving circuit.On thispaper,frequency control theory, inverter technology; SPWM produce principles arestudied, based on this design a kind of new digital three-phase SPWM inverter system,based on AT89C51single chip controlling SA4828application-specific integrated core ascontrol core, IGBT power as the main power devices, adopted IR2110drive chip, usingdiode rectifier circuit, circuit structure is simple, thus completing the whole system ofcontrol part of the hardware and software design.
