Compared with traditional batch and queuing for production, lean production is the use of continuous process flow to eliminate waste of a kind of production mode. Lean production by simplifying the production process redundancy link, promote the production of idea of organization, operation and market supply and demand and other aspects of change, make the enterprise production system can be faster and better adapted to the changing needs of users. Lean production is the main component of the supply chain.
