At present, the problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution are more and more serious, and people pay more and more attention to the energy saving and emission reduction. Among numerous ways of refrigeration, because of the own advantage such as environment-friendly, energy-saving and high-efficiency, lithium bromide absorption refrigeration obtains rapid development at home and abroad. In order to make students better understanding the principle and performance of the equipment composition of lithium bromide refrigeration system, mastering ways and means of its operation management, understanding its characteristics of environment-friendly, energy-saving and high-efficiency, and being able to choose the way of heating and cooling, configuring energy-saving and high-efficiency refrigeration system, based on the region and environmental features. This paper designs lithium bromide absorption refrigeration system laboratory, according to the GB/T18431-2001national standard of "steam and hot water style lithium bromide absorption chiller".This laboratory can measure the performances of lithium bromide absorption refrigerator are as follows:the relationship of heating vapor pressure and refrigerating capacity, the relationship of refrigerant water outlet temperature and refrigerating capacity, the relationship of cooling water entrance temperature and refrigerating capacity, the relationship of cooling water volume and refrigerating capacity, the relationship of dilute solution circulation quantity and refrigerating capacity, the impact of water-side fouling put on refrigerating capacity and so on.According to the design code of JISB8622-1994"absorption chiller" steam and hot water style lithium bromide absorption chillers and JB8656-1997"the safety requirements of lithium bromide absorption refrigerating and heating chiller", this paper designs single-effect binocular lithium bromide refrigerating units which cooling capacity is100kW, and auxiliary systems such as solar heating system, cooling water system and refrigerant water system.Designed solar heating system can save energy about80%, when operating in summer.This paper chooses Agilent34980A as data collector, on the basis of making full use of its own Benchlink software, makes secondary development on the software, realizes that collecting data can dynamic display on the more visualized system operation interface and using designed software to preliminary calculate collected data, in order to fast evaluation effectiveness of test data and performance of lithium bromide refrigerating units.
