In this paper,an absorption refrigeration system driven by the waste heat of engine cooling water is designed.The system uses the waste heat of engine as the driving heat source,does not need to consume the engine power,can reduce the fuel consumption of the car,improve the power performance of the car,and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,the thermodynamic analysis,calculation and check of heat load,calculation of heat transfer area and medium flow of LiBr refrigeration vehicle air conditioning system are carried out.Then,an all air cooling absorber matching with the system is designed.For the triangular,quadrilateral and circular surface microstructure of the inner wall,the flow uniformity performance of the spray solution in different rough inner wall and different angles is obtained,and the influence of the type,angle and height of the wall microstructure on the flow uniformity is analyzed.The air velocity at different air inlet is analyzed and testedThrough the simulation of the change of the heat transfer performance between the side and the fluid side,the heat dissipation state of each calculation domain under different wind speed is obtained;under different atmospheric temperature,the difference of the air cooling heat dissipation of the absorber is provided with reference value for the design of the all air cooling absorber.At the same time,the air side flow field of the parallel flow louver condenser is simulated and analyzed,focusing on the change of heat transfer to heat transfer coefficient along the fins,and the change rule of temperature,pressure,heat transfer per unit area and wind resistance under different wind speeds.This paper combines the advantages and disadvantages of traditional compressed air conditioning and absorption LiBr air conditioning,and proposes a LiBr refrigeration system which can use the residual heat of cooling water in automobile engine to improve the compression refrigeration cycle commonly used at present.In order to operate the residual heat refrigeration system more efficiently,the research on the combination of engine water jacket and generator will be done later,as well as the absorber The research on the structure of functional inner surface and outer fins can better achieve the recovery and utilization of automobile engine waste heat.
