Dense rib beam hollow floor system is a kind of late-model floor system. This floor system is composed of small prefabricated components such as concrete plates and cast in place concrete rids. This floor system is continuous box-type sectional structure, with jointly strength by boy-type structure and ribbed beams. Compared to other floor system, it is with stable quality of prefabricated components, less intensity of manual labor, less environmental pollution and with integral of cast-in structure. Because of its lighter load and better integral, this kind of floor system is appropriate for projects with large span and heavy load on top section. Since these years, with its obvious advantages, dense rib beam hollow floor system has widely used in shandong, anhui,hebei and other places. However, based on less research for dometic structure, the force theories, transformation characteristics and design methods are not obvious enough. This eassy focus on traits of ribbed beam hollow floor system on vertical load section. Here follows details.The first chapter introduces some traits and constitutes of dense rib beam hollow floor system. It also summarizes the development and research of floor system domestic and overseas, and puts forward the research context.Chapter two gives a economic comparison on dense rib beam hollow floor system and ordinary beam plate hollow system, well-shape beam floor system, ribbed floor system. On analysis of practical engineering, it was proved that on same condition the cost of dense rib beam hollow floor system is much lower, more convenient and inexpensive.On chapter three, a comparative analysis between dense rib beam hollow floor system and other floor systems is given by STRAT on the force theories, transformation characteristics and reinforcement, and then summarizes traits and advantages of dense rib beam hollow floor system. On method of induction, numerical value on the deflection and STRAT is coincident, and we also get a simple way to acquire the deflection.The forth chapter testifies theory research of dense rib beam hollow floor system, based on STRAT in different engineering cases. On STRAT, when the span-depth ratio is 22, then the effect will be as ordinary cast-in frame beam plate. On this condition, we should classify it as ordinary cast-in frame beam plate. After analysing structural differences of same structure, we get that anti-penetration is better than others.Chapter five sums up process schedule and fabrication key points of dense rib beam hollow floor system to standardize construction process, improve construction quality and accelerate construction progress.
