With the popularization and the application of the technique of prestressed concrete in our country's engineering construction, the technique of prestressed concrete has been improved a lot and has achieved great development. Today, there are many researchful productions in the economic analysis of technique for reinforced concrete floor, economic benefits and social benefits have been achieved in engineering practice. In the past several years, we have finished dozens of prestressed projects and the technique of prestressed concrete has been widely used. The projects include some factory buildings and parking lots with large span and multi-storey, and some super-high-storey flat slab systems. In those projects the strands whose intensity is over 1860MPa are applied. It includes bonded prestressing and unbonded prestressing.In all projects above, lots of steel and concrete were saved, So was the weight and budget of construction. The function request of large span could also be satisfied.The paper proves the simplify calculation method of member in bending of prestressed concrete and that the technique of prestressed concrete is a conceivable scheme, through comparing normal concrete cross beam floor and prestressed concrete cross beam floor with column girds in 12X12m. And the paper proved guide in style choose through analysis of specific project and proved needed problem-solving in project about prestressed concrete cross beam floor .
