By using numerical simulation technology (CFD), this paper mainly analyzed the rules of wind field outside the building from different areas and different cases in Shandong, and provided some guidance for planners to program architectural layout.This paper analyzed the four kinds of standards and seven kinds of assessment indexes of the thermal comfort about indoor environment, which are put forward by the domestic and foreign scholars, and combined with the features of the climate in Shandong province, giving the recommended value about the indoor environment temperature index of thermal comfort of the typical areas in Shandong.By analyzing the meteorological data about Shandong district, this paper got the meteoro-logyical data and weather characteristics of typical months about coastal and inland areas one year and made these data as the basic data in the simulation.In this paper, the outdoor wind environment of Shandong typical single building were simulated by pressure difference coefficient method.The simulation results show that, when the undisturbed flow flowes of the single building perpendicularly, the potential for natural ventilation decreases with the increase of buildings’height with the pressure of wind. For single buildings, at about two-thirds of the height of building, natural and ventilated reach the maximum potential. With the wind pressure, between1/2and3/4of the height of the building natural ventilation’ effect is the best.Through the simulation of different layout forms of outdoor wind field, you can learn that, in a certain direction angle and height buildings aside, when two building wind field produces around on the interaction, there is a building distance which makes the wind field interaction effection the most obvious. When two buildings of the different height array side by side, the wind field distribution around is also different. Relative to the free opposite wind building, when the front building is lower than the building behind, the mutual effect of the two build-ings wind field will be less. So in the architecture planning, the first building program should be considered is that relative to the free opposite wind, the front building is lower than the building behind. Under the premise of the difference of every single building layout in build-ing block, the difference of the speed and direction of the wind., compared with other building arrangements,the buildings laid mutual dislocation can get a more even distribution of wind field, and the layout form can produce a lot of wind speed comfortable area, and the uncomfort zone is also smaller than any other form of layout. So the dislocation-style layout of the build-ing forms of external wind environment wassignificantly better than the other layout forms.
