This task mainly focuses on the study of the node load of gas pipeline network and the dynamic simulation of non-uniform time interval,carrying out dynamic simulation of urban gas pipeline network based on the monitoring data of SCADA system.In order to establish precision model of the dynamic simulation of urban gas pipeline network,grasp the comprehensive data of the real-time running of gas pipeline network and improve the safety and responsibility of its operation,this essay mainly carry on research on the following aspects.1.Put forward prediction method of node load classification so as to get influential factors and changing law of gas using of users with diverse node types.Discuss the calculation method of node flow,analyze the method of getting starting value of node flow and put forward the calculation method of real-time node flow.2.Put forward appropriate models for all kinds of node load based on comparative analysis,present prediction models of gas using amount for residence and users in public welfare,industry,automobile and heating fields,and improve the precision of load prediction by load prediction method based on node classification.3.Establish dynamic simulation model of urban medium-pressure gas pipeline network so as to improve the calculation precision greatly by stable calculation method,monitoring data of nodes by combining with SCADA system,abundant monitoring data of nodes acquired by few simulation of monitoring points and the dynamic simulation of applying the calculation method of non-uniform time interval to medium-pressure pipeline network.Make systemic introduction to three running modes,i.e.the dynamic simulation of non-uniform time interval,the off-line analysis and calculation and the on-line load prediction.Mainly demonstrate the necessity of the dynamic simulation of non-uniform time interval,the connection between the three modes and SCADA system and the method to realize the dynamic simulation.4.Analyze the appropriate conditions of unsteady and steady flow,and prove the feasibility of carrying out simulation calculation,through examples of gas pipeline network,by applying basic principle of steady flow instead of unsteady flow in medium-pressure pipeline network.The results show that the medium-pressure gas pipeline network can totally meet the requirements of engineering practice when the pressure of air source is under0.4MPa.5.Respecting unsteady flow,Newton’s method is applied to solve the model,build iteration functions and its corresponding derivative function sequence in solving process,solve parameters of each section by numerical value solution,and then carry out iterative computations.Discuss the applicability of models in terms of astringency and convergence rate of unsteady flow.Verify the accuracy in applying unsteady flow calculation to high-pressure gas pipeline network by give an example of the data collected in Jinan HongKong and China Gas Co.,Ltd.
