The main contend of it as:1、he total program designing as to the finished vehicle of BLCRC andproject-optimizing of main working components, such as loading mechanism, lockingmechanism, loading box, sliding board, pushing board, sliding tracks of pushing board, andpushing driving models.2、Setting about from the volume and quality of loading which affects BLCRC, thearticle analyzes the factor to loading angle and compression ratio etc. Especially aiming atloading angle of compression equipment ,the article carries on a simulation research whichapplies mechanic science and also combines with the software of Recurdyn about dynamicprinciple simulation of muti-body and sets up eleven simulation model of garbageCompression mechanism. By studying and comparing the caculating result and the result ofsimulation experiment analysis, it make sure the loading angle of about 45°as the optimumone to the compression mechanism of garbage compression vehicle.3、That the article carries out the design and research about the key parameters of theBLCRC makes sure to get the design parameters of loading angle, compression ratio ,locationof the of mass, pushing–unloading mechanism, and platform etc.4、It studies the requirement of hydraulic pressure system of the BLCRC ,then itdevelops design about the principle of hydraulic pressure system ,and it makes it emphasis todevelop caculating about the dimension of the hydraulic pressure someloading-unloading ,last it makes choices of parameters to the part of component .5、The BLCRC whose design has been finished is trial-produced by GAOXIANG co.of technology has been successfully launched now.
