Nowadays, environmenta l proble ms is becoming more and more important, andthen back-loading collector for its outstanding performa nce will become the leadingrole of urban garbage disposal.So the research of back-loading collector is verynecessary. This paper is mainly at the research of compression mechanis m of theback-loading collector,and the subject comes from a school and enterprise cooperationprojects—inte lligent and infor matization garbage collection and transport system.Thecompression mechanis m includes push mechanism and filling mechanism.First,thegarbage is swept into the collector by filling mechanis m;a nd then garbage will becompressed by the filling mechanis m and push mechanis m.Traditio nal dynamics calculations methods focus on the theoretical calculationswhich is limited on some mo ment or some limit points. New research method is basedon computer whic h can detect the product performance at the early stages of productdesign through a virtua l model, thereby reducing product defects and improve productquality. Based on the platform of Adams, the simulation of compression mechanis mhas been done to calc ulate the force,speed and acceleration o f components.Furthermore, comb ination the mechanica l dynamics algor ithm and Adams to optimizethe structure. Mechanica l ana lys is of mechanis m has been done to detect the defectsand optimize the structure based on finite ele ment analys is method and Abaqusplatfor m.The ma in contents of the degree thesis are as follows:First, has made a detailed overall ana lys is and program design of the compressionmechanis m.Using the three-dimens iona l modeling software UG to complete themodeling work which is based on the schematic diagra m of the entire compressionmechanis m.Second, us ing the mecha nical dynamics simulation algorithm to optimize the keyparameters of compression mechanis m.Third, mechanical ana lys is of scraper and cylinder has been done through Abaqusaccording to the load of compression mechanis m. Then find out the stress location,reasonable the structure optimization program, make the working state of mechanis mto achieve the best.Last, complete the dyna mics analys is and virtual experiments of compressionmechanis m through dyna mics simulation software Adams.
