Compression refuse collector is a kind of sanitation vehicle used for household waste collection,compression and transportation,which is widely used in the collection and operation of municipal domestic waste.With the promotion of the integration of urban and rural sanitation,township and rural domestic waste collection and transportation also began to demand Compression refuse collector.At present,the domestic Compression refuse collector is mainly aimed at the collection and development of urban waste,did not take the township and Rural domestic waste actual characteristics into account,such as multi-slag,high density or mixture construction waste,resulting in frequent failures,structural damage and other phenomena.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research and development of a new type of Compression refuse collector which is suitable for the collection and transportation of domestic waste in township and rural areas.Firstly,this paper investigates and analyzes the domestic and foreign market situation of Compression refuse collector,and determines the development of a new generation of Compression refuse collector with effective volume of 7m3,compaction density above 0.8t/m3,suitable for the collection and transportation of domestic waste in villages and towns.Through optimization design of box,filler,compression mechanism,unloading mechanism,feeding mechanism,hydraulic system and other aspects of the compressed vehicle,Selection our company Ao chi heavy-duty chassis,to achieve garbage Collection and operation requirements.All new development of the compression mechanism,increase the opening angle of the scraper,make a reasonable distribution of the scraping torque,optimize the scraping trajectory,improve the scraping efficiency,reduce the risk of damage of the compression mechanism,at the same time increase the compression force and the back pressure of the unloading mechanism,improve the compression ratio.In addition,the existing Compression refuse collector cannot meet the requirements of sewage storage when more rain in summer and autumn,hydraulic system easy to be pollution and blocked,filler cover open operation and other problems,this article also carried out the optimization design of the above aspects,applied new materials to working in bad conditions parts,and other ways to further improve product performance.This new type of Compression refuse collector loading structure uses UG for three-dimensional design,ANSYS Workbench for finite element analysis,according to the analysis results,optimized garbage box,compression mechanism,feeding mechanism and so on.Final confirmation of three-dimensional model and two-dimensional drawings,and then the prototype trial production and performance test.Through the research and development of a new type of Compression refuse collector,breaking the current domestic traditional that Compression refuse collector can not satisfied the use of township and rural situation,and played a role in promoting domestic compression garbage vehicle product development.
