Low voltage distribution network loss reduction is of great significance and an important link in the comprehensive line loss management in the electric power enterprise. Low voltage distribution network in China generally employ three-phase four wire power supply.Unbalanced three-phase phenomenon is relatively serious and cause additional network loss. The three-phase balance optimization on single-phase load will obviously, effectively reduce the loss in low voltage distribution network. Three-phase balance optimization on single-phase load is also a kind of simple and economic loss reduction method.In order to meet low voltage distribution network loss reduction of the work of actual need, the papers take single-phase load three-phase optimization balance as the breakthrough point,using the Visio2003VBA developed graphic low voltage distribution network reducing loss decision-making system. The main work content as follows:(1) The paper introduces common calculation methods of low voltage distribution network theoretical line loss and analyzes unbalanced three-phase to the influence of the line loss in order to use introduced unbalanced line loss calculation model; On basis of electrical connect graph drew,the generally used method of graphic modeling of low voltage distribution network are studied to guarantee that the low voltage distribution network structure in all kinds of wiring maintain the three-phase symmetric, conveniently using computer loss calculation by using0-1logic variables to show load phase.(2) The data and its processing methods and principles of theoretical line loss calculation is given.(3) The current actual method in low voltage distribution network three-phase balance is displayed.The system provide a graphical interactive method to simulate the real in the three phases balance method to engineering and technical person; Papers describ load three phases balance optimization problem as a function of load phase.The combinatorial optimization of the0-1logic variables is the essence of the function.(4) Modern heuristic algorithm is introduced in this paper. Traditional heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm was introduced to optimize the solution processi n order to achieve optimal load of scientific and reasonable configuration scheme.(5) Anew technique of developing the low voltage line loss calculation and load optimized strategy software are proposed and studied,which use Microsoft Visio2003as development platform.It solve the network topology,automatic identification, automatic numbers, connectivity judgment, etc.The system has chacracteristics of good graphic interaction interface,convenient operation,strong function. The system has been applied in electrical transformer district of somewhere county in henan to indicate that the model and the algorithm is correct and that load optimization scheme is reasonable and that the effect is good.
