Bridge engineering is an important part of our transportation system.It usually has the characteristics of great construction scale, long construction period, large capital investment, long life cycle,and so on,So if accidents occurred during bridge construction,which will have the heavy social impact. How to avoid the bridge accident becomes an important issue of modern bridge-building. And for the theory explore of bridge risk becomes even more important because of the potential of the various risks and unpredictable.Based on the Huaihe River Bridge project, to carry out a continuous beam bridge construction phase of risk identification and assessment, complete the following main research.1. Risk source identification methods based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process for the over all risk of the Huaihe River Bridge. Use of fuzzy mathematics method to deal with the relationship and evaluation of the identified source of risk, the risks encountered during the bridge constrction, its decomposition to the operating level, as the basic construction operations to determine the identification unit to facilitate the guidance of concrete bridge construction.2. Use of radar chart to show the magnitude of the risk of loss of various sources of risk, making the results intuitive, it’s easy to manage staff interpretation and application.Risks associated with the level of standards developed based on the ALARP risk criteria, and provides a basis for the further development of risk decision.3. Proposed theoretical calculation model of bridge construction risk loss, to qualitative and quantitative analysis of risk factors which have been identified of the risk of loss. To formulate the related degree of risk loss and evaluation standard, various risk factors which may cause the loss classification provide a basis for management decision-making and management.4. In order to effectively guarantee the Huaihe River Bridge construction safety and reduce potential risks of the Huaihe River Bridge construction and the risk of loss that may been countered, On the basis of the Huaihe River Bridge construction risk management objectives, content and process, to write the countermeasures for the risk of specific sources of risk in the Huaihe River Bridge construction, Huaihe River Bridge construction accident plans and major decision-making risk source table, For a reference, and in order to achieve the effect of reducing the cost of bridge construction and the parties involved have A win-win situation.
