Long-span prestressed concrete continuous beam construction process is quite complex,During this period structure will be affected by many certain or uncertain factors, it may leadto the actual state of bridge might deviate from the state of theoretical design.This deviationsometimes may result in catastrophic consequences. Therefore it is essential to keep theconstruction process and bridge structure condition under control effectively. The bridgeconstruction control is focused by the construction process of the structure of the state erroranalyze, discover problems in time and take effective measures to rectify the deviation, at thesame time on the construction stage to make accurate predictions, make construction systemis always in control.Firstly, this thesis introduces the construction control contents and methods, basicprinciples for long-span continuous beam bridges. Then get the theoretical condition from thesimulation model for each phase of construction established by MIDAS/Civil special analysissoftware, then using least square method to adjust the main parameters base on the analysis ofthe deviation of the measured values and the theoretical values. Finally, take Xin Jing Riverbridge in Shanghai-Kunming high speed railway for example, Using the GM(1,1) Lssvm andGLssvm predict model to adjust the camber. Demonstration of the gray theory of supportvector machine in construction control areas of the feasibility and validity by the predictionaccuracy.
