At present, china has to import selective absorbing coatings for solar flat plate collector to meet domestic customer’s needs. Therefore, it is significant for us to product a kind of selective absorbing coatings and it has merits of simple production process, low cost as well as stable in quality. In this article, the SS-O solar spectrum selective absorption coating is prepared by the method of direct current reactive sputtering and chooses copper(Cu) as a base, stainless steel (SS) as the main target material, oxygen (O2) for reactive gas. The main contributions of the thesis are as follows:1. Build the film model, design the structure and make sure the type of the coating. After optimized analysis conditions, determine parameters on reaction sputtering and make sure quantity of coating layer and the type of fill factors.2. Do some research on the relations between reaction sputtering and optical performance.by taking single variable control and carrying out many comparative experiments. Additionally, TINOX sample as control sample, optical performance, anti-corrosive property, heat endurance and hydrothermal stability was measured respectively by spectrophotometer, salt spray test machine, drying oven and so on. At the same time, choose and analyse groups of typical examples, select excellent samples in integrated performance, and offer the process parameter. Finally some researches are on the structure of the film and reveal dense structure in absorbing layers and fracture surface by means of XRD and SEM.3. The regional parameters about reflectance, transmissivity and thickness are given, then the Optical constants n(λ) and k(λ) of the monolayer films are calculated through Hadley equation, to prepare analog computation and optimizing design of selective absorption coating for the future.
