With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China in recent years, the security problems of subway civil engineering facilities have got more and more attention, it highlights the necessity of the research with the global warming and weather disasters happen frequently. This thesis takes safety risk assessment of weather factors on the influence of subway civil engineering facilities by using the methods of FTA、AHP and fuzzy evaluation theory.Firstly, this thesis discusses the characteristics and classification of weather disasters and then establishes the fault tree analysis method to analysis the three main weather factors: wind, rain, snow which influence the subway civil engineering facilities by calculating the minimal cut sets and importance of the fault tree. Based on this, the thesis focuses on the hazards and classification of these three weather factors. The thesis offers some helpful suggestions for the subway management department for the weather disaster from the four points:raise design standards, strengthen the monitoring, strength the existing facilities and enhance the legal regulations. Finally, the thesis establishes risk assessment index system and model of weather factors which affect the subway civil engineering facilities, identifies the grade of the station and section based on risk evaluation of the effect on the civil engineering facilities in subway, takes an risk assessment using an example of Olympic Sports Center Station in line8and the section between Beiyuan station and Wangjingxi station in line13in Beijing by fuzzy synthetic evaluation theory.Based on this, make classification for Beijing Subway and the response messures for the different level of risk.
