Research On The Quality Control Of Construction Project For Mudanjiang Second Power Plant

With the rapid growth of China’s economic, power industry which as the basicindustry of our national economy plays a decisive role in the healthy development ofthe national economy. It is precisely because of the key role of power industry, thequality of electrical power project is particularly important. The paper is analyzed onthe Mudanjiang second power plant’s construction project through using theknowledge of quality management, and then, the author find some problems and putforward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. Currently, research onprojecet quality management is relatively small, and there is the lack of a maturequality management guidance on power construction projects, therefore, the paper onMudanjiang second power plant’s construction project has important theoretical andrealistic significance for quality management of power construction project.This paper firstly discussed the related concepts of quality management inconstruction projects, detailed description of the concept of quality concepts andquality supervision, and explained the main contents of the construction project ofquality supervision, quality supervision station permissions. Described the qualitymanagement system for electric power construction projects, including the relatedsubject of the power construction project quality management and procedures.Secondly, the paper brief described the overview of Mudanjiang second power plant’sconstruction project, according to the background and characteristics of powerconstruction projects in Mudanjiang second power plant to develop the qualityobjectives of the project. Then, the construction planning and designs of Mudanjiangsecond power plant’s construction project are analyzed in detail and description. Onplanning and design of electric power project, according to the content of three powersupply plan, made comparisons of techniques and economic. On planning and designof electrical equipment, according to the calculation’s conditions and operation mode,made the calculation’s results and analysis. On planning and design of system relayprotection and automatic safety devices, showed the corresponding relaying protection and security automatic devices’ configuration, and made investmentestimation of the main equipment and materials. On planning and design of remoteinformation and transmission, discussed about dispatching automation andcommunication’s system, and made investment estimation. On planning and design ofconstruction, followed the main of construction procedure’s arrangement and thealternate of construction procedure’s arrangement. Then, the quality control ofconstruction project for Mudanjiang second power plant, this paper cited the principleof quality control of the transmission’s project, the overall processes and standards forquality management, quality control and management system in projectimplementation, the various stages of quality management and controls of powerconstruction projects in Mudanjiang second power plant. Finally, with the actualsituation, this paper developed construction quality assurance system and thecorresponding measures for the power construction projects in Mudanjiang secondpower plant. The project quality assurance system include the main responsibility forquality of construction works’ behavioral evaluation, the main governmentsupervision and management of behavioral evaluation and the main socialsupervision and management of behavioral evaluation. Project quality assurancemeasures include construction quality control of organizational measures,construction quality control of technical measures, construction quality control of thecontract measures and construction quality control of the economic measures.Through the research of the paper, the construction project are analyzed anddesigned for the power construction projects in Mudanjiang second power plant,construction followed quality management’s theory and measures, ensured the qualityof construction project. And this paper can provide the reference for domestic qualitymanagement.
