With the rapid economic development of society, the problems of the increasing energy consumption and the use of excessive energy, directly bring is worsening of environment. The worsened Environment and the lacked energy was given us some serious challenges and pressure in the sustainable development of society. The new type and clean energy become an effective way to meet the challenges and to relieve stress. The solar energy is one of the most promising in the green energy. The solar photovoltaic technology is one of the most potential of renewable energy technologies. So it’s a great practical significant to research on how to improve the conversion efficiency of PV system. The traditional solar photovoltaic charge mostly a pure hardware circuit or low-end microprocessor in the courtyard of solar photovoltaic systems, resulting in performance limitations, and the loss of power is too large. For these, this paper proposed the design of this system of ideas and programs.Firstly, in this paper introduced the solar photovoltaic energy system composition and solar battery output characteristics of research, analysis of factors affecting the output characteristics;the characteristics of the battery, the working principle, influence factors and the charging method to study, according to the actual requirements of the system is selected in stages charging method as the charging of system. Secondly, comparing the v different advantages and disadvantages of the MPPT algorithm, according to the actual needs choose the incremental conductance method as the MPPT algorithm. Finally, the choice of charging method and the design requirements of this article, and then given the appropriate hardware and software design.In the solar charging hardware design, analysis of the traditional solar photovoltaic power generation system controller Garth-like after the features, in view of the signal acquisition and master control module gives this design points. In signal acquisition circuit, contrast the traditional acquisition circuit of high power consumption and low accuracy, this paper gives the acquisition circuit must;In the main system control module choose high performance STM8S series MCU as the master; At the same time give system hardware circuit of the specific parameters. In the software design, according to the battery remaining power to choose charging way, when battery discharge serious when choose to charge the MPPT technology, the rest of the choice of the stage charging ways; At the same time in the design of the control and protection to consider the battery system’s fault banding;In the system reliability analysis, this paper introduces the reasons that influence the reliability of the countermeasures are given when the software and hardware of the reliability analysis and design.Finally, in systems analysis, give the design of the physical map, the power consumption comparison chart of the acquisition circuit data sheets as well as solar photovoltaic charging, concluded;this design has certain advantages in the power, precision and physical size. At last the design of this paper summarizes the deficiencies of the system and future prospects.
