Since the energy crisis increasingly serious, the use of new power car developsrapidly. As the traditional automobile engine replacement, Permanent MagnetSynchronous Motor has the advantages of small volume, high power density (up to1kW/kg), low loss, high efficiency. In recent years, with the development of powerelectronics, the rapid development of microelectronics technology, new motor controltheory and perfect, and the rare earth permanent magnetic materials development andapplication of large area, PMSM is obtained the widespread application and thedevelopment. But as a complex multi-variable system, permanent magnetsynchronous motor control is challenging. And the motor control quality is related tovehicle safety, control and energy saving, and the control quality is directly related tothe development of new energy automobiles success or failure, so as to improve thequality of real-time monitoring of motor control, motor controller work is veryimportant. In view of this, this article mainly study the permanent magnetsynchronous motor based on DSP controller of the control system.The motor controller electrical characteristics analysis and research, the motorcontroller power IGBT temperature and phase current sampling, and through therotary transformer and the decoding chip AD2S1200to obtain the rotor position andspeed information in real time. And the parameter information and control algorithmof the key intermediate variable organization sent via the CAN bus to the monitoringcomputer system, the real-time monitoring of motor controller.As the motor controller and monitoring system of CAN bus communicationmedium has excellent communication performance, this paper developed a uniquemotor controller and monitoring software of PC ’s response type communicationprotocol. Not only to ensure that the motor data can be efficiently sent to the PC, butreply frame using completely avoids the data frame is covered, ensuring data integrity. While the instant data and command to send, that can also be on-line calibration ofmotor parameters.The use of Visual C++and MFC development Windows environment monitoringsystem software, using Measurement Studio motor data curve fitting was performed,the motor controller of the relevant parameters in the form of visual representation incomputer interface. In the operation of the motor according to the actual situation,operation of the motor to the motor controller sends the data and commands,convenient debugging personnel to the motor parameters calibration of motor.After testing the whole monitoring system is running well, motor trends in dataover time can be displayed on oscilloscope, computer interfaces, and motordebugging personnel according to the motor running condition of modifiedparameters can also be conveniently and quickly sent to the motor controllerparameter buffer. Greatly improve the motor efficiency of debugging.
