ACIM (AC Induction Motors) control software system is an important part ofACIM control system.,Including motor control board procedures and PC software.PCsoftware is a good supporting tool of ACIM control system and includes dataacquisition, CAN(Controller Area Network)communication, display, control, andother functions. If use a large-scale professional monitoring configuration software,While the monitoring effect will be very good,the price will be very expensive and itis difficult to undertake for small and medium-sized R&D (research anddevelopment) labs. Moreover, sometimes professional monitoring software for ourresearch laboratories is not good. Therefore, developing a suitable researchlaboratories monitoring software has important theoretical significance and practicalvalue. This not only reduces costs, but also it will be flexible on the applicability.Some features of the host computer can be changed at any time according to the needsof the experiment.In this paper, basing on the in-depth analysis of the ACIM control system andaccording to the performance requirements and functional requirements of themonitoring software of research and development laboratory, I put forward a designof monitor software function modules for ACIM motor control.And I designed CANcommunication management module, motor parameters database module, Waveformdisplay, file storage module four main functional modules based on VisualC++andMFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes). CAN communication management moduleutilizes multi-threading technology to achieve a CAN communication, in order toachieve the data collection and analytical functions. Motor parameters databasemodule achieves motor parameter data preservation and extraction, the motorparameters including the control parameters and display parameters. Waveformdisplay uses Measurement Studio to curve fitting the data, and displayed on the PCinterface.The waveform display properties can be set in the PC interface.In order toachieve the purpose of on-site real-time monitoring of the operating data. The filestorage module is designed to storage display parameters of motor datastorage.Parameter data not only includes itself, but also the properties of the waveform. So that you can study the old running of the motor, and can compare themotor’s running. The study of motor control has a very important significance.Motor parameters will be sent to the machine monitoring system by the CAN busafter the processing of the control panel. It can display through the waveform.We canachieve real-time monitoring the motor controller and find the inadequate, real-timemodify motor the MATLAB control simulation model through the analysis and studyof the electrical characteristics of the motor controller. Ultimately achieve the purposeof optimal control.
