With the development of power electronics technology,permanent magnet synchronous motor with high reliability,high power density and high efficiency has been gradually applied to various fields of industrial production and residents’ life.For example,in the field of electric vehicles,PMSM has become one of the important parts of new energy vehicles;the industrial community has higher and higher requirements for the control performance of PMSM.Vector control is one of the common control methods of PMSM,which has the advantages of good speed regulation performance and mature technology application,but its control effect depends on the design of control parameters.The key steps of the design of PMSM vector controller include motor parameter estimation and control parameter configuration.The measurement method is generally used in motor parameter estimation,and the initial configuration of control parameters depends on the measurement results.In the process of normal motor operation and debugging,motor parameter estimation and control parameter setting are often independent,which is not easy to modify the motor parameters in the process of commissioning.Based on the detailed analysis of the design process of vector controller,this paper proposes a method which combines motor parameter estimation and control parameter setting,which can effectively accelerate the debugging process.Firstly,the paper analyzes the modeling of PMSM,deduces the mathematical model equation of motor,reviews the working principle of PMSM vector control,and then reviews the working principle of PMSM vector control,and then analyzes the control system The model is built,and the design method of the inner and outer loop parameters of the controller is given in combination with the control system type.Then,the simulation analysis model is established.The influence of the estimation error of the motor phase resistance,flux chain and ac-axis inductance on the control performance is discussed one by one,and the motor parameters which need to be corrected are given.Finally,a modified motor parameter measurement is proposed in the debugging process The method of the quantity result can accelerate the parameter setting process of the controller effectively.The control system is designed and debugged.The motor control program is compiled with stm32f405 chip.The motor to drag platform is built and the experiment is carried out.The feasibility of the above analysis and design method is verified. |
