With the economic development of China, demand for electric quantity increases so fast that more and more coal fire plants are built. The Eleventh Five-Year plan but also listed energy saving and emission reduction in the the development program for the state, as a large emission, the power plant was listed as an important remediation. The type of HF-01high frequency power, as a new power supply equipment for electrical precipitator, in improving the dust removal efficiency but also reducing the power consumption.Considering the actual operation condition, the power plants are usually distributed in more rural areas, high temperature, high pressure and high dust operation environment makes difficulty bigger and safety coefficient lower for parameters testing.This design based on the IOT(Internet Of Things) theory, using ARM micro processor as network server and GPRS, relying on the variety of sensor device installed on the site to get the real-time data from the remote site,so the collectors can do some monitoring and analysis about the situation of the site from the real-time data.So, this paper has presented a data acquisition system based on IOT.Firstly, it presents detailed explanation of IOT which includes the perception layer, the transport layer and the application layer.In perception layer,we use CAN bus for data acquisition, in view of the introduction and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various data transmission methods, By analyzing the way of data transmission, the paper selected the way of using industrial Ethernet to realizate on-site monitoring and using GPRS wireless data service aceess to the Internet for data communication. The paper introduced the basic principle of GPRS technology and analyzed the feasibility of GPRS technology. Basyed on the analysis of GPRS technology, the paper chose a specific application of GPRS communication.After the transport layer applications had been determined, the paper designd the overall structure of after the intelligent monitoring system for coal fire plants, including the hardware platform building and design. This project chose the AT91SAM9G45of Atmel as processor and MC52i module as the wireless network data access platform, then designed the related peripheral circuit.Then, the Linux operating system had been migrated on the embedded ARM system in the network server, and the PPP agreement had been transplanted as the data link layer protocol. Finally, the paper detailed introduced the network server and the back-office monitoring center software design and commissioning process. Through the above work, the feasibility of using IOT technology for high frequency power supply real-time monitoring was verfied by experiments. And the system improved the level of automation in coal fire plants production management.Currently this technology is widely used in the field of wireless data acquisition,remote data monitoring and other areas. We believe that with the development of mobile communication technology and3G technology implementation,the reliability and accuracy of mobile communications will be greatly improved.IOT-based transmission system is not only able to achieve long-range wireless data transmission,but also very easy to construct network.At the same time,the functions of traffic billing and always on-line make GPRS have the immeasurable prospect for development in the field of oil well monitoring system.
