Driven by the national automation construction of power system,the intelligence level of power network has been greatly improved,but most of the key points of intelligent transformation are transmission network,and the intelligence degree of power distribution network is slightly inadequate.Oilfield distribution network is also a kind of distribution network,which has the characteristics of wide coverage,multiple branches and high requirements on the operation quality of power network.In this paper,a segmented switch controller based on ARM and Linux is developed according to the actual production and functional requirements,referring to the industry standards,to help the oilfield distribution network to carry out intelligent transformation and realize green,economic,efficient and high-quality operation.This design is based on the working principle of sectional-switch and common fault types of oil field power grid.With the goal of quickly and accurately judging fault,positioning fault,isolating fault and restoring power supply,corresponding action basis and action process are designed.Based on the fault determination principle of sectional-switch and the actual operation of the oil field power system,the system was selected as the fault location method based on the reliability of zero-sequence power direction method and the advantages of longer lines.In addition,the full-wave Fourier algorithm with strong filtering ability and little interference is selected for ac sampling calculation.At last,according to the requirement of intelligent transformation of power network,the whole structure frame of the controller is set.The design is based on STM32F103 xC chip of ST semiconductor company as the hardware platform of the whole system,and then the Linux operating system(Red Hat9)is implanted into the hardware to complete the overall design of the sectional switch controller.In the design,each module is selected according to the actual functional requirements,and then the parts are interrelated.Then,according to the selected hardware and the design and use function of this section switch,the overall framework of the software part was constructed and the action process was set,and the software driver was compiled,including timer driver and communication module driver.The system is in line with the actual demand,practical strong,easy to maintain,the follow-up development space is large.Finally finished products comply with the design requirements,and related technical specifications,can be done according to the set electric parameter acquisition,fault location,isolation,temporary line fault automatic movement,such as "self-healing" reliable relay protection function,"telemetry,remote communication,remote control can be implemented,the system runs stably,can be applied in the oilfield distribution network.
