Among all the human vital signs, blood pressure, heart rate and body temperature are the important physiological parameters that reflect human health and also as the most routine detection items in Hospitals for clinical care. As electronic sphygmomanometer or thermometer has advantages of low-cost, miniaturization and high degree of automation, it has now become an essential family care or hospital diagnostic equipment, attracts people of all ages. However, these instruments are mostly developing in the direction of easy to operate, that leads to the instruments' unitary function, too limited use scope, not suitable for wearing a long time, and lack of corresponding abnormal monitoring mechanism, when a user's body suddenly abnormalities, without supporting measures to get help or send alarming messages.In this paper, on the basis of traditional blood pressure monitors, thermometer,and combined with the latest emerging technologies in recent years, such as: wireless communication, PHP programming technology, database technology, Android development technology, has designed an intelligent monitoring system based on GPRS wireless network for the human body, which can offer a real-time and comprehensive health care to the users. The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:Firstly, design hardware for the font end test equipment. According to the test equipment to achieve such functions: physiological parameters acquisition, accurate positioning, data upload, etc, We have selected out corresponding MCU,physiological parameter acquisition module, positioning module, wireless communication module and some peripheral devices, and introduced the various functional modules' internal structure, working principle, applied circuit and illustrated the role of the overall system hardware structure in detail, finally made a PCB and completed the hardware design of the test equipment.Secondly, design software for querying the terminal data. The software design includes Web design and APP design. After the background cloud server has been built,mainly using the PHP language to write Web query page which based on B/S structure,and on the Android platform using the Java language to develop APP. According to different user types of doctors and patients, have designed different interface structures,through the established connection of various modules and the background database,which can access data from the database and realize real-time querying physiological parameters through Web side or mobile phone, when detecting abnormal physiological data, the system will automatically alarm alert accordingly.Finally, make an overall test of the intelligent monitoring system. In the hardware test using the test equipment for measuring the user's physiological parameters, after getting relevant data and then uploading to the backend cloud server through GPRS network. In the software test, has queried the real-time physiological data of the user through the Web side or APP, and verified the function of the intelligent monitoring system when the data has been identified updated or abnormal.
