For petroleum resources are becoming depleted, and the greenhouse effect, air qualityand other environmental problems are becoming increasingly serious, the development of theautomobile industry is facing a more and more serious test. Electric vehicle is therepresentative of a variety of new energy vehicles and it has many advantages such as lowpollution, low noise, high energy efficiency, diversification of sources of energy, whichmakes the development of the electric vehicle as an effective way to solve the manyproblems brought about by car.With the growing number of pure electric vehicle with high power commercial vehiclebecoming the development outlet, efficient transmission technology of large power hasbecome one of key technologies which need to focus on research in pure electric vehicles.The introduction of automated transmission technology in pure electric vehicles cansignificantly enhance the car’s dynamic performance, and effectively increase the energyutilization efficiency of the system, thereby improving the endurance ability which is themost important for pure electric car. As a key link in electric vehicle driving technology, thequality of automated transmission system will have a crucial impact on vehicle performance.Therefore, in line with the development of pure electric vehicle automated transmissionsystem, how to use effectively control technology to make electric vehicle have considerableupside in the performance has become a technology barrier. It hinders electric vehicles todevelop into a realizable industry with strong practicability. How to solve the problem is alsothe significance of this study.In this paper, with a motor driving synchronous automated transmission system basedon a pure electric bus as the research object, I studied the following aspects:(1) Automated transmission system structure characteristics and analysis of parametermatching.Firstly, structure characteristics and working principles of pure electric vehicle automated transmission system are introduced. And then it focused on the description ofshift actuator control principle. According to the theory of automobile and vehicleparameters as well as performance index, It is carried out to analyze the effectionof the automated transmission gear and the speed ratio selection on the performance. And inaccordance with the principle of matching, the matching calculation for the system is carriedout too in this paper.(2) Automated transmission system shift schedule forl electric velicle.Shift schedule are most core technologies of automated transmission control strategy,which determines the level of dynamic performance of transmission systems play. Select theideal shift points and a reasonable amount of gear have a big impact on power, economy andcomfort of the vehicle. There are differences on the characteristics between pure electricvehicle driving motor and engine. Their shift schedule is also significantly different. Studyof shift schedule for pure electric vehicles, analysis and design of electric vehicle optimalpower performance and the best economic shift, respectively, and study load identificationtechnology, analysis of the impact of load changes swap block rule. on this basis of these,develop a automated transmission system shift schedule based on condition recognition.(3) Shifting process analysis and comprehensive control strategies.The comprehensive control strategies of automated can be divided into shift, shiftingprocess control and integrated management strategies. Modeling and analysis of Shiftprocess of automated transmission on active synchronization of driving motor have beenmodel and analysis in order to make definite shift process characteristics and correspondingcontrol requirements. On this basis, design the automated control strategy with a modular,hierarchical thing.(4) Bench and vehicle testing for automated transmission system.Firstly, introduce the hardware and software development platform of the controlsystem. Then, build a test bench and do some functional testing in order to verify the shift,control strategies and effectiveness of this system. The last is mounting the automatedtransmission system on a pure electric bus for vehicle test and data analyzing.
