At present,the two-speed transmission of pure electric vehicle shift control strategy is mainly focus on the research mode of the traditional graphic and analytic method.The control strategy is relatively simple for it studies the shift schedule only through the characteristics of the motor.There has no contrast study in the strict sense of the simulation.Through the vehicle modeling of two-stage AMT pure electric vehicle,the TS fuzzy control strategy is proposed,simulated and compared in this research.The following research work is as follows:It mainly researches the physical modeling used to drive the motor and the modeling of the two-stage AMT that contains the transmission system as well as the driver model in the Matlab/Simulink environment,A controlled orientation model is constructed.Introduces the rules of the shift schedule,Based on the two-parameter shift schedule,the paper analyzes the optimal dynamic and economic shift schedule of the pure electric vehicle.The shift schedule method based on T-S fuzzy control system is referred.The accelerated pedal opening degree and the acceleration pedal opening rate is used to estimate the driver's intention.On the basis of the driver's intention,the speed of the twoparameter T-S fuzzy shift schedule was discussed in this chapter and the fuzzy controller model was built and discussed as well.In the shift control model,the motor continuity module is added to enhance the gear ride comfort.The traditional shift control model and the shift control model based on T-S fuzzy are constructed respectively into the vehicle control model.The traditional shift controller and the T-S fuzzy controller are used to respectively control the two-stage AMT pure electric vehicle model.The simulation results are carried out from the perspective of the dynamic,economical and comprehensive driving modes.The dynamic and economic characteristics of the shift strategy are lateral compared with the comprehensive driving mode.Finally,the three kinds of driving mode of the traditional shift schedule are compared to the T-S shift mode horizontally.The simulation results show that the T-S fuzzy shift control method has a great improvement in the simulation speed compared with the traditional shift control method in the vehicle simulation process.The T-S fuzzy shift control method has advantage over the shift strategy in the three driving modes.The traditional control method is the same,and in the driving mode relative to the traditional shift schedule in the smoothness of the shift,the speed and the economic advantage are improved.
