In this dissertation, a certain model the folding and deploying mechanism of missile wing asthe object, work reliability analysis method of the folding and deploying mechanism of missilewing has been deeply researched.First, briefly stated the reliability research developing history and cuerent situation at homeand abroad, the reliability test method and developing trends, the mechanism reliability researchdeveloping current situation at home and abroad, and the aerospace folding and deployingmechanism reliability research’s current situation and existing problems. Laid a foundation forresearch on work reliability analysis for the folding and deploying mechanism of missile wing.Second, researched mechanical model of the folding and deploying mechanism of missilewing, based on work basic principle of the folding and deploying mechanism of missile wingset up the kinematic model and dynamic model. Provided reference basis for virtual simulationsanalysis of work reliability for the folding and deploying mechanism of missile wing.Third, researched work reliability virtual simulations of the folding and deployingmechanism of missile wing, established work reliability simulations process, carried out virtualdynamic simulations and date analysis and obtained the key affecting factors, set up the finiteelement model of wing surface and analyed the affection of modal deformation to proper workfor the folding and deploying mechanism of missile wing, Laid a foundation for FMEA and FTAanalysis and Monte Carlo simulation analysis on work reliability for the folding and deployingmechanism of missile wing.Fourth, through FMEA and FTA analysis to the folding and deploying mechanism of missilewing, found weak links in the design, and proposed prevention and control measures. Based onmany types of failure date information established qualitative analysis table of FMEA, set upfailure tree and carried out qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of failure tree. Providedreference basis for system design of the folding and deploying mechanism of missile wing.Fifth, Based on chaper two, chaper three and chaper four employed Monte Carlo simulationmethod, analyzed work reliability level for the folding and deploying mechanism of missile wingof difficult seting up accurate functions. Set up work reliability basic model and simulation analysis process, carried out in turn work reliability simulation analysis during startup phases,deploying phases, locking phases and in the whole system process, gave work reliability indexfor the folding and deploying mechanism of missile wing.Eventually, the chaper gave a conclusion to research content of entire dissertation, andpointed the further research direction in analysis on work reliability for the folding anddeploying mechanism of missile wing.
