With the social and economic development in recent years,non-renewable energy consumption hardly,for sustained socio-economic development,renewable energy’s research and development is becoming increasingly urgent.More than70percent of the Earth’s surface is covered by water.The development and utilization of hydroenergy can help us to solve human energy problems to a great extent,and as renewable energy,hydropower has the advantages of developing simple and has non-polluting.So on the one hand,its development can reduce the energy crisis.on the other hand the utilization of the hydropower almost not pollutes the environment.or damage the ecological balance and leads other issues.In this paper.we calculate the energy of the Zamu River and than make a plan to develop the river energy.on the basis of existing planning programs,wo use the method of dynamic programming to dispatch the hydropower station operating in order to obtain the largest power.Zamu River basin is from upstream Mao zang temple to Za mu temple.the length of the river is74.4km,the catchment area is851km2,the total drop is2184m.and the average of river fall is29.4%.In this paper wo just research the river from the up Mao zang Temple to the head works.The length of the our research is33.3km,the total drop is615m.and the average of river fall is18.5%,the drainage area of the planning reach is241km2,the annual average flow is7.7m3/s.Based on comprehensive analysis and calculation,the main research contents and results are:(1) Depend on the contents of calculations and combine with the actual situation of the basin.Such as hydrogeological conditions.meteorological data and stream distribution.Za mu river is developed by the way of two staged, and the Hydropower on this rive are Za mu temple lever2and Za mu temple hydropower.(2) The total capacity of the Zamu river cascade development program is65MW based on the design results.and the annual power output is2.3398billion kW·h.The capacity of The Za mu Temple lever2hydropower stations is42MW and the Za mu Temple Hydropower stations is23MW. (3) Depend on the design data,apply the appropriate method to design parameters of the hydropower stations in the Za mu River basin,such as the dead water level,the normal water level,the design flood level,the check flood level and so on.(4) Establishing the serial cascade reservoirs scheduling model through dynamic programming on the planing reaches. Make the maximum generating capacity as the decision variables,the result is that:the Hydropower stations generate power fully in flood season and at the same time storage the water to reservoir in order to increase the power of the Hydropower stations in the dry season. But because of the regulated storage are relatively small, the changes of the power generation is unconspicuous in long-term dispatching.It just increase the power generation of the Hydropower stations in the dry season.On the one hand Zamu Temple basin hydropower development can provide more power resources for Wuwei Liangzhou, Tianzhu County economic development,on the other hand it also promote regional economic development,and improve living standards.
