Research On Application Of Network Technology In The Unit Overhaul Project In Jingyuan Second Power Co., Ltd.

In a thermal power plant, safe, reliable and stable operation of the unit is essential to ensure its continuous operation to generate power while regular examination and repair of the unit is the foundation for its safe and stable operation and also one of the major means to lower the operation cost of the power station. With the renovation and advances in related technology, modern power-generating equipment is becoming more complicated in structure, so its examination and repair is also getting more and more challenging. Then, how to perform effective maintenance and repair of the power generating equipment is a significant question that every thermal power plant can not afford to neglect.This paper, taking the unit overhaul project in Jingyuan Second Power Co., Ltd. as an example, introduces the application of project management and network planning technology in unit overhaul, analyzes the problems in this regard and puts forward some proposals for further improvement. Project management and network planning technology were applied in the2011overhaul, which turned out to be very effective, offering some references for effective application of network planning technology in unit overhaul in thermal power plants.
