Study On Thermal Power Plant 300MW Unit Overhaul Safety Management And Process Control

Thermal power plant unit overhaul process control is very important to the units overhaul work smoothly. The thermal power plant units overhaul process management is still depended greatly on experience, lack of scientific progress control method, this caused the high cost of units overhaul, and waste a lot of time,it seriously affect the economic benefits of enterprises. This paper choose the power plant units overhaul process control as the main research object, On the one hand, from the viewpoint of the whole cycle of safety management units overhaul, this paper research the logical relationship between the whole cycle of safety management and units overhaul process control, meanwhile this paper research the whole cycle of safety management units overhaul how to promote the unit overhaul work smoothly from the unit overhaul preparation stage, the unit overhaul stage, and the start-up phase stage through the dangerous point analysis and defects statistics, on the other hand, this paper make use of critical path method,programme evaluation and review technique to compile the unit overhaul schedule,and on this basis this paper research how to make use of critical chain project management to optimize the unit overhaul schedule,it mainly include how to cut down the time limit for the project and how to distribute and make use of the limited resource. This paper chose the YLQ power plant which was the department of the author as the example, aimed at the problems existing in the unit overhaul, combined with typical accident cases, applyed critical path method, programme evaluation and review technique, and critical chain method to practice, and this paper solved some problems in the unit overhaul process control to some extent, strived to give a reference for improving the overhaul management of power generation enterprises from the point of theory research field and practical application.
