The Research And Design Of Overhaul Management System In Power Plant Based On Project Management

Overhaul in power plant is a complicated system engineering, which involves manymanagement works, such as schedule, quality, cost, contract, personnel, risk andmaintenance files, etc. In overhaul management, much information needs to be copedwith. It is difficult for traditional way to deal with. Based on the analysis of projectmanagement and the characteristics of overhaul in power plant, the idea of utilizingproject management to optimize overhaul management was proposed. Then multilevelnetwork plan was applied to overhaul works schedule, and the problem of connectionbetween multilevel network plans was solved. How to control schedule and cost inoverhaul management was discussed also. Finally, overhaul management system wasdesigned in detail, and the integration between overhaul management system andcomputerized maintenance management system was established.
