The asphalt resources in our country is relatively poor,in addition, the road maintenance cycle is short.When the road is under maintenance traditionally,old asphalt mixture will be discard and buried.Which causes great waste of resources and takes up a lot of land resources,and brings about direct harm of to the environment. Powder is a modifier.Because of its good flexibility and extension performance,it is used in asphalt mixture.The powder can not only make the asphalt pavement performance strengthened,but can also reduce solid pollution and air pollution due to waste tyre. Therefore, at present reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) renewable technology is the issue that is solved urgently in road engineering.Based on the laboratory in Shanxi Province traffic scientific research institute, the paper launches a series of tests on the mechanics performance of renewable rubber asphalt mixture. First reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) are analysed, the content of asphalt and moisture content are determined old asphalt is recycled, the main performance indexes of old asphalt and aggregate are tested. Secondly we analyze old asphalt mixture regeneration mechanism, including asphalt aging mechanism and old asphalt regeneration, and identify the regenerative agent content, and select the ways of the asphalt pavement regeneration. We design the ratio of the rubber regeneration asphalt mixture, and analyze the best content of asphalt of asphalt mixture without RAP and asphalt mixture with adding20%RAP.According to the best congtent of asphalt, asphalt mixture are mixed and the performance of two kinds of asphalt mixture is detected. Finally we add different proportion of the rubber powder in the recycled asphalt mixture, and conduct research on the mechanics properties of recycled rubber asphalt mixture.Then the best powder content are determined.Through a series of experimental research and analysis:(1) When the mixed quantity of regenerative agent is4.5%, the regeneration effect of old asphalt is the best.(2) On the choice of the ways of regeneration, factory mix hot regeneration both economical and environmental protection.(3) With powder added in regeneration asphalt mixture, compression performance don’t change, tensile properties and bending performance improved.(4) When the rubber mixing content is20%, recycled asphalt mixture tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural strain biggest maximal.
