The Research On Control System Of The Two-Phase Hybrid Stepping Motor

This topic get funding from the project of excellent graduate innovation in ShanXi province, the name of project was hybrid stepping motor of the optimization and its driving controller design. Stepping motor was widely used in the industrial control area for it has the characteristics controllable higher precision and well stability, it doesn’t have accumulated error, so it is very important to research the hybrid stepping motor.This paper was introduced the stepping motor and its control technology development firstly, analyzes the work principle of hybrid stepping motor made research of dual polarity driving and subdivided driving method of stepping motor, designed the design scheme of two-phase hybrid stepping motor control system.In hardware, use AT89C52single chip microcomputer as the main control chip of control system, choose TIP142as power switch tube to build driving circuit, choose TLP112A as light coupling isolation chip to build light coupling isolation circuit, choose555timing chip to design over voltage and over current protection circuit choose five independent keys and LCD1602as man-machine channel configuration of the control system.In software, the method of stepping motor control was programming by single-chip microcomputer, designed dual polarity drive, reversing, acceleration and deceleration, position control, subdivision step distance angle, keys, display software of stepping motor and simulate the software. At last, made experiment of the control system, measure the voltage and current waveform of winding, analysis the factors of nonlinear subdivided driving. The results of experimental shows the feasibility of the design scheme was well, the control system was stable and reliable, it has certain practical value.
